News for May
CE Spotlight!
Thanks to our awesome music teacher, Mrs. Hunt
for all her hard work putting together our FANTASTIC performance!
What is going on in class!
We are learning about Fairy Tales and Folk tales! We are
reviewing how to read CVC and CVCC
words.
Writing
We are learning to write a friendly letter, and small
moments.
Math
We are learning to add/subtract to 20, measurement, and
personal financial literacy!
Social Studies
We are learning how to compare the past and the present, and
how to use a timeline.
Science
We are learning about animal HABITATS! We will be
researching the desert, ocean, forest, arctic, and grasslands!

Thursday, June 2nd is our last
day of school! We have made so many wonderful memories with our classes! We
are so proud to see them move on to first grade! There will be no parties on
the last day of school. There will be an early
release at 1:15 that day. Have a great SUMMER!
